Kingston Whig Standard
Dear Sir:
It is ironic that Mayer Rosen, who is ready to condemn the 382 year-old Anglin Bay Marina to oblivion, is taking a trip to Cuba where one of the objectives of his party of two dozen, will be to "help Kingston with heritage restoration projects". Whig Standard, October 9.
Ciuenfuegos, Cuba, is on the coast. Let's hope that the Cubans can teach Mayor Rosen how to value Kingston's waterfront by enhancing its beauty and protecting its marine heritage. Certainly, this will not be accomplished by constructing a 6,000-seat LVEC on Anglin Bay.
